What is Leads Agent Pro?+

Leads Agent Pro is a B2B lead intelligence platform that provides a daily-updated database of 20,000+ companies scored from A+ to F. Each company is enriched with funding data, tech stacks, hiring signals, news mentions, and AI-generated pitch angles — built specifically for service agencies, consultancies, and B2B sales teams.

How does lead scoring work?+

Each company is scored and assigned a letter grade (A+ through F) based on a composite score that factors in funding stage, company size, hiring velocity, tech stack fit, and recent buying signals. Urgency ratings flag companies to contact now versus later. A-tier leads are your highest-priority prospects — the ones most likely to need your services right now.

What data sources does Leads Agent Pro use?+

We aggregate data from 30+ public sources including job boards (We Work Remotely, RemoteOK, Remotive, Himalayas, Built In, Dribbble), SEC EDGAR filings, public company websites, news RSS feeds (TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and others), VC portfolio pages, and product launch platforms (Product Hunt, Show HN, BetaList). All data comes from publicly available sources.

How accurate is the lead scoring?+

Lead scores are recalculated daily as new signals come in. The scoring model combines objective data points — funding stage, employee count, hiring activity, tech stack, and news momentum — to produce consistent, data-driven grades. Since the pipeline refreshes daily, scores reflect the latest available information rather than stale snapshots.

What industries and ICP categories are covered?+

The database covers 14 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) categories: Cloud & DevOps, AI & ML Infrastructure, Web Development, Marketing & Growth, Developer Tools, Security & Compliance, E-commerce, FinTech, API & Integration, Healthcare, Data & Analytics, HR Tech, Collaboration SaaS, and EdTech. Every company is auto-classified into the most relevant category.

How many companies are in the database?+

The database currently tracks over 20,000 active, scored companies. New companies are discovered daily from job boards, RSS feeds, SEC filings, and product launch platforms. Inactive or low-quality records are automatically deprioritized.

What are buying signals?+

Buying signals are events that indicate a company may be ready to purchase services. Leads Agent Pro tracks four categories: funding rounds (new capital means new budget), hiring activity (team growth signals project needs), news mentions (product launches, pivots, expansions), and tech stack changes (adopting tools your agency supports). These signals are surfaced in a dedicated dashboard.

What is the AI chat feature?+

The AI chat is a built-in assistant that queries your entire database using natural language. Ask questions like "Show me A-tier fintech companies using Python" or "Which companies raised a Series B in the last 30 days?" and get instant results with clickable links to full company profiles. Available on Pro and Agency plans.

What are personalized pitches?+

When you set up your agency's service profile (what you offer, your expertise, your positioning), Leads Agent Pro generates AI-powered outreach pitches tailored to each company — connecting their specific needs, challenges, and recent signals to your services. No more generic templates. Available on Pro and Agency plans.

How does Leads Agent Pro compare to ZoomInfo or Apollo?+

ZoomInfo and Apollo are enterprise contact databases with millions of records at enterprise prices. Leads Agent Pro takes a different approach: a curated, daily-updated database of 20,000+ companies focused on service agencies. Every record is scored, graded, and enriched with AI-generated pitch angles and buying signals. It's built for quality over quantity, at a fraction of the price ($99/mo vs. $10,000+/year).

Can I customize ICP matching?+

Companies are auto-classified into 14 ICP categories based on their industry, tech stack, and service needs. You can filter by any combination of ICP, grade, industry, location, and tech stack to narrow down to your exact ideal customer. Personalized pitches are further customized based on your agency's service profile.

Yes — it was built specifically for service agencies. How do agencies use it for outbound sales?+

Agencies use Leads Agent Pro to replace manual prospect research. Instead of spending hours on Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and Google, you browse a pre-scored database, filter to your ICP, read AI-generated pitch angles, and start outreach with personalized talking points. The signals dashboard helps you time your outreach to funding rounds, hiring surges, and product launches.

Can I use it for recruiting or hiring?+

While the platform is designed for sales outreach, the hiring signals and job posting data can be useful for recruiting agencies that target companies with active hiring needs. The database tracks job postings, hiring velocity, and team growth signals across 20,000+ companies.

Technical

Does Leads Agent Pro have an API?+

API access is on our roadmap. Currently, the platform is accessible through the web dashboard. Agency plan subscribers can export up to 1,000 companies per month as CSV for use in external tools.

Can I integrate with my CRM?+

Direct CRM integrations are planned for a future release. For now, Agency plan subscribers can export CSV files to import into any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). The export includes all enrichment fields and scores.

How is data privacy handled?+

All company data is sourced from publicly available records (job boards, SEC filings, company websites, news). We do not scrape social media, store personal contact information, or buy data from brokers. Our scrapers respect robots.txt directives. Companies can request removal through our data removal form at any time. See our privacy policy for full details.

Data Freshness

How often is the data updated?+

The pipeline runs daily. New companies are scraped from job boards and RSS feeds, existing records are re-scored, news signals are refreshed, and funding events are tracked automatically. Lead grades update as new signals come in — so a company that just raised a round will see its score adjust the next day.

What happens to stale or inactive companies?+

Companies with no recent activity (no new job postings, news, or funding) are automatically deprioritized in scoring. Their grades decrease over time as fresher leads with active signals rise to the top. Inactive companies remain in the database but won't appear in A-tier results.

Pricing

What do I get on the free plan?+

The free plan gives you a preview of the database with up to 15 companies visible and 10 company detail views per month. You can see lead grades, industries, and basic company info. Upgrade to Pro for the full database, AI chat, signals dashboard, and personalized outreach pitches.

What's the difference between Pro and Agency plans?+

Pro ($99/mo) gives you full database access, AI chat, signals dashboard, and personalized pitches — all through the web dashboard. Agency ($249/mo) adds CSV exports (1,000 companies/month), priority pitch generation, and extended AI chat limits. Choose Pro for dashboard-only use, Agency if you need to export data for external tools or teams.

Is there a free trial?+

The free plan is effectively a permanent trial — you can browse 15 companies and view 10 detailed profiles per month with no time limit and no credit card required. When you're ready for full access, upgrade to Pro or Agency.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans offer a discount and can also be canceled at renewal.

Do you offer annual pricing?+

Yes. Pro is $79/month billed annually ($948/year, saving $240). Agency is $199/month billed annually ($2,388/year, saving $600). Annual plans lock in the rate for 12 months.

Security & Compliance

How do I remove my data from the database?+

If your company appears in our database and you'd like it removed, submit a request through our company removal form or email privacy@leadsagentpro.com. We process removal requests within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA.
